One of the most anticipated events of the Chinese New Year Festivals is the Chinese New Year Flower Fair held each year in San Francisco. The festival starts one week before new years so families will have time to purchase flowers and fruits for the upcoming holiday. It’s held in San Francisco Chinatown. In addition to the flowers and fruits there are also foods, music and dancers. Each year the festival attracts over 400,000 visitors.
